Wednesday                                                            August 20, 2014

I have arrived back home from England where I had the most interesting time during a students` interchange program. I spent three weeks with an English family in Bath, a town near of London, which is famous for its roman thermal baths. There I lived with William and Susan White, they were my English parents. I also had a brother, Jim, and a sister, Lisa. Jim was a year older than I and Lisa was 16, like me.

My travelling experience began the last week of June when I flew to England alone, something that  I had never done before. When I arrived at the London airport, Heathrow, for first time I felt los and worried, as well as astonished. But I also was eager and happy. I did not know what was going to happen. But I was a little comfortable when I saw my "English dad" waiting for me. But then I had another shock, I completetly forgot how they drive, by the right side, and at the airport`s parking I almost crashed a car. It was quite an experience to cross the streets.

My visit had a clear purpose. I wanted to spend and share time on a British school with fellow students. I was eager to learn what subjects they took for each level. I was quite annoyed to see that matters were similar to the ones we studied here. For me, Geography was the best. I had great memories of my fellow classmates who made my visit so interesting, especially of Lisa who made me part of our school in Bath.
I hope my friends and classmates may live an experience like the one I had. I met interesting people, found out how they live, their customs, and traditions. But most of all, I got new friends of life.
