Letter of Complaint

Dear Director: 

I writing for a problem that my sister have, since watch the cartoons that local TV station transmite on the afternoon. Went my sister watched for first time this cartoons, she start to changes her attitude and she´s more aggressive with her friends and family

On the school, the teachers called to my mom, because the changes also affect in the class and breaks. In fact, the friends of my sister doesn´t play with my sister. The psychologist of school, recomended medicate my sister, but she have only 7 years old, and I think that is too young for used this type of "solutions".

I recommed to your TV station, tune the cartoons in another hour, because I watch it and in my opinion this program is not appropiate to children under-8. For prevent more problems with children, change the hour transmition of the cartoons. On the contrary we way be forced to take legal action.

I hope you indertand my point and I wait for your answer

"The sale and rental of computer and video games to minors must be regulated in our country"

Internet supportive 1(http://www.out-law.com/page-5810) In US, the link between videogames and violence represent a real problen in the society. For that, exist a law for solving that problem.

Internet supportive 2 (http://beta.congress.gov/bill/113th/house-bill/287) This law reflect the disgust from the government about the violence on the videogames problems, because cause violence on the population.

In my opinion, the sale and rental of computer and videogames shoul be more regulated, because the mental harm that cause this "entertainment" is huge. But the consequences to this problem also, includes the parents of the children, because if parents does not control the times that the children plays or they do not care, the problem never be solved.

The points that be mentioned in the presentation:

1. The regulation from the commercialization to violent videogames

2. The laws to solved this problem                                      

        3. The parental control for prevent the psychological problems to the children

                                                     Tattoos in Chile

 Tattoos in Chile represent in many cases an important sistuation for the tattoed, but the chileans have a bad reaction when look one. in my opinion, the decision for have or not a tattoos is a personal decision, and the opinion that people don´t have affect.

Exist many reason for tattooing for example religion, ethnic tradition, fashion, etc. In cases that religion is the reason. I think the reactionfrom Chileans are innapropied and disrespect from the person. However when the person tatoed for rebeld reason for example the devil or the dead, and destroyed his body eith a lot of piercing or other things i believe this is a disrespect from the life, because is "pathetic" changed your body for a rebeld reason or for represent. "I am a bad boy". Because probably when you grwn up, you regret.
The ethnics like Polynesian or Maori have a tradition that involved tattoos from represent the tribu that belongs or the social classes.

In conclusion, i agree with tattoos when involved religion, ethnic tradition or for represent an important situation, but i disagree with tattoos who represent the "bad people" and rebelds, because i believe stupid and pathetic.
