How to write a letter (guideline)

You need a paper and a black or blue pencil, if you don´t have it,you could use a green pencil, but you must not use a red pencil, because it is a sign of bad education.

This guideline you may use it if you have to write a letter to friend or a family member, because this is aguideline for informal letters.

For writing a letter you have to use a paper and pencil with the characteristics given above .

To start to write the letter you need to write on a first line something like "Dear..." writing the name to whom it is addressed.

After, you need to low a line and keep writting the letter. To make it look neat and clear, you have to write what you want to communicate in paragraphs.

For the letter to be good, you must worry about spelling and grammar. The typical mistake are forgetting the capital letter at the beginning of the paragraph or after a point, or the repetiton of the same word in the same sentences.

The general structure of a letter is at the far upper right side, date and residence address where to be sent, in first line the name to whom it is addresed and the paragraphs of the letter. Finally, in the last line is written a greeting and the name of the writer.
